Toyota's own OEM catalog designation for the documented part below is "HOLDER, VISOR" (group 74348) -- confirmed via both epc-data.com (primary, diagram group) and toyotapartsdeal.com (secondary, per-year part numbers/colors/pricing/supersession) for chassis MA61 (Celica Supra / Celica XX, A60 generation).
